An intense, densely complex, rather hectic coffee. Spice/herb medley (cardamom, lavender, patchouli, more), cedar, grape candy, hazelnut in aroma and cup. Profoundly sweet-savory in structure, without a hint of brightness or lift but still generous in range of sensation. Satiny in mouthfeel; in the finish flavor consolidates to a dense, rich sweetness.

Rich, deep, low-toned. Banana, cashew, brown sugar, carob, pipe tobacco in aroma and cup. Bittersweet in structure, with a faint hint of tart brightness. Full though slightly chalky mouthfeel. Banana and cashew carry into a dense, compressed finish.
