Evaluated as espresso. Sweetly tart, dusky. Black cherry, frangipane, dark chocolate, gently scorched mesquite, artichoke blossom in aroma and small cup. Fluffy mouthfeel; crisp, chocolaty finish with undertones of sweetly smoky mesquite. In cappuccino format, complex, rich-toned, chocolaty and sweet, with black cherry and frangipane notes into the long finish.

Sweetly tart, berry-toned. Blueberry jam, hazelnut, cocoa nib, cedar, lemon verbena in aroma and cup. Pert acidity; very syrupy, viscous mouthfeel. Blueberry notes carry the cocoa-toned, cedary finish.

Deep-toned, crisply chocolaty. Baking chocolate, orange zest, lemon verbena, red plum, fresh-cut fir in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. Finish consolidates to notes of baking chocolate and orange zest.

Brightly sweet-tart, balanced. Apricot, narcissus, tangerine zest, almond, cedar in aroma and cup. Juicy-bright acidity; full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Resonant finish that leads with notes of apricot and almond.
