A ready-to-drink black coffee, tested cold. Red plum, cocoa nib, maple syrup, tangerine, oak. Crisply sweet-tart structure with lively, apple-toned acidity; delicate, silky mouthfeel. Cocoa-toned finish with notes of maple syrup and tangerine. In milk, the tart lime is softened and the cocoa and maple syrup intensify.
Evaluated as espresso. Crisply sweet, spice-toned. Roasted cashew, gardenia, apricot, cardamom, baker’s chocolate in aroma and small cup. Satiny mouthfeel; richly layered finish with notes of chocolate and faintly smoky aromatic wood. Crisply and persuasively chocolaty in three parts milk.
Round, balanced, with a quiet but deeply layered complexity. Blackberry, cocoa, pear, lavender, roasted macadamia in aroma and cup. Sweetly and roundly bright in structure; plush and lightly syrupy in mouthfeel. A richly resonant finish consolidates around cocoa, lavender and pear.
