Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Crisply chocolaty, rich-toned. Baking chocolate, sorghum, goji berry, cedar, lily in aroma and small cup. Velvety mouthfeel; gently wood-frame, chocolaty finish. In cappuccino format, lily and chocolate notes carry the day.
