Richly chocolaty, deeply fruit-forward. Wild blueberry, baking chocolate, narcissus, pink peppercorn, cedar in aroma and cup. Brisk, sweet acidity; very full, syrupy mouthfeel. The resonant finish is flavor-laden, long and harmonious, integrating all aroma and flavor notes from the cup.

Produced by smallholding members of the COOPAC cooperative entirely of local strains of the Bourbon variety of Arabica and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit. This natural-processed Rwanda has rich-toned and fruit-laden aromatics that are born out in the cup, and an especially inviting, complex finish.
