Produced by Edwin Noreña of Finca Campo Hermosa, entirely of the Sidra variety of Arabica, and processed by the black honey method, in which much of the fruit flesh is left on the beans during the drying process. Bottom Line

This Colombia Sidra black honey is sweet, tart, rich and elegant in equal measure and gets depth from notes of oolong tea and vibrancy from tropical fruit impulses.
