Blind Assessment

Evaluated as espresso. Sweetly nut-toned, gently smoky. Hazelnut, baking chocolate, scorched fir, toffee, green apple in aroma and small cup. Very full, syrupy mouthfeel; quiet, sweetly wood-framed, smoky finish. In cappuccino format, balanced, crisply chocolaty and deeply sweet.
