Blind Assessment

Crisp, soft, complexly layered. Violets, roasted cacao nib, cinnamon bark, tamarind in aroma and cup. Roundly gentle acidity; plush, enveloping mouthfeel. Cinnamon and cacao nib in particular carry into a long, resonant finish.

Notes

An unusually refined example of a dry-processed or "natural" coffee, meaning the beans were dried inside the fruit rather than after the fruit has been removed, as is the case with wet-processed or "washed" coffees.
