Blind Assessment

Complex; sweetly and intensely tart. Fresh-cut cedar, peach, vanilla, rich lily-like flowers in aroma and cup. Deep, bracing, bittersweet acidity; lively, lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor carries into a complex though rather drying finish.

Notes

This coffee is certified organically grown and Fair Trade certified, meaning it was purchased from small-holding farmers at a “fair” or economically sustainable price. Bicerin is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster located in Toronto, Canada with café and espresso bar. Visit www.bicerincoffee.com or call 647-352-8550 for more information.

Who Should Drink It

Those who enjoy deeply and complexly expressed acidity, in this case a chorus of sweet, bitter, tart and savory sensations. Not a particularly easy or comfortable coffee, but an exciting one.
