Blind Assessment
Saturated, juicy and confidently structured. Black raspberry, ripe peach, blood orange, rose and cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Vibrant, fruity acidity; viscous, velvety mouthfeel. The finish is resonant and layered, carried by black raspberry, rose and cocoa nib.
Notes
Produced by Wilton Benitez of Macarena Farm, entirely of the Tabi variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). JBC Coffee Roasters’ vision is simple: “let the coffee lead the way” through sourcing and roasting the best and most unique coffees available and rewarding the farmers who grow those coffees with substantial premiums. Bottom Line
An exceptional natural Tabi with concentrated berry and stone fruit, floral lift and cocoa depth, combining the intensity of natural processing with impressive balance and definition.
