Blind Assessment
Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Sweetly floral and fruit-driven. Notes of vanilla orchid, pink grapefruit, pear, molasses, and pistachio in aroma and cup. Crisp, lively acidity; silky, rounded mouthfeel. Floral-toned, sweetly nutty finish.

Produced by Song Zhi Yuan Coffee Manor, a member of the GuKeng Farmers' Association of Yunlin County, Taiwan, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method. Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review.
