Blind Assessment
Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Delicate yet resonant. Aromas and flavors of wisteria, tangerine zest, white peach, honey, and cocoa nib. Bright, sweetly tart acidity; silky, buoyant mouthfeel. The finish is complex and layered, carrying citrus, stone fruit, and floral tones into the long.

Produced by Xinmao Coffee Manor, a member of the GuKeng Farmers' Association of Yunlin County, Taiwan, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method. Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review.
