Blind Assessment
Evaluated as a green coffee sample-roasted to light-medium. Elegant, floral- and citrus-driven. Notes of narcissus, pink grapefruit, honey, cocoa nib, and apricot in aroma and cup. Bright, lively acidity; silky, buoyant mouthfeel. Crisp finish with lingering floral-citrus sweetness and cocoa undertones.
Notes
Produced by Cherry Coffee Estate, a member of the GuKeng Farmers' Association of Yunlin County, Taiwan, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method. Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review. Also note that this rating is on the Coffee Review scale, the same scale on which we rate roasted coffees available retail in the specialty marketplace.
