Blind Assessment

Evaluated as espresso. A balanced, chocolaty shot with gentle spice and nut tones. Dark chocolate and hazelnut up front, layered with hints of cinnamon, cedar, and a touch of grapefruit zest. Full, rounded mouthfeel with a crisp, sweet finish. In cappuccino-scaled milk, flavors deepen toward milk chocolate and roasted hazelnut, with pleasing sweetness and balance.
