Blind Assessment
Gently tart, chocolaty. Lemon balm, cocoa powder, date, cedar sassafras in aroma and cup. Bright, winy acidity; crisp, lightly satiny mouthfeel. Gently drying finish consolidates to notes of lemon balm, cedar and cocoa powder.
