Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Crisp, sweet and aromatically floral. Lemon zest, jasmine, cocoa powder, thyme and date in aroma and small cup. Lightly syrupy mouthfeel; herby, citrus-tinged finish. In milk, the shot sweetens and centers on cocoa with a floral edge.

Bottom Line
A solid washed Thailand SOE with floral lift and citrus energy that becomes smoother and more cocoa-toned in milk preps.
