Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Delicately sweet-tart. Ripe blueberry, almond, baking chocolate, lemon balm and molasses in aroma and cup. Round, velvety mouthfeel; crisp, chocolaty finish. In milk, baking chocolate notes are front and center, with a hint of sweet herb undertones.
