Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Sweetly fruit-forward and cocoa-leaning. Notes of strawberry, orange zest, honey, oak and cocoa nib in aroma and small cup. Crisp, rounded mouthfeel; pleasantly sweet finish with berry and citrus hints. In cappuccino format, the softens, highlighting plush cocoa and gentle fruit.
Notes
A single-origin coffee from Thailand, produced at Bluekoff Coffee Plantation and processed onsite by the honey method, in which some of the fruit flesh is removed from the beans before drying. Bluekoff is a Thai company involved in all aspects of coffee, from milling and roasting to coffee wholesale and retail and related equipment and training services. Bottom Line
A friendly honey-processed Thailand SOE with approachable fruit and chocolate tones that settle into an easy, cocoa-centered profile in milk.
