Blind Assessment
Alluring, perfumed and fruit-saturated. Red guava, lychee, rose, ruby grapefruit and milk chocolate in aroma and cup. Bright, sparkling acidity; syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. The finish is long and aromatic, with lingering notes of lychee, rose and milk chocolate.

Produced at JinYunSin Tea Coffee Farm, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the anaerobic natural method, in which the whole fruit is fermented in tanks with limited oxygen before drying, also in the whole fruit.
