Blind Assessment
Straightforward, sweet-toned, gently floral. Notes of macadamia, light caramel, lemon zest, yellow plum, and dried carnation in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; smooth, silky mouthfeel. The finish is sweet and caramelly.
Notes
Produced by smallholding farmers of Taihe Village, entirely of the SL34 variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Slowfy is an online specialty coffee roaster based in Chia-Yi, Taiwan. Visit www.slowfyofficial.com for more information.
Bottom Line
A quietly pleasing Taiwan-grown washed SL34 distinguished by balance and subtle sweetness rather than intensity — steady, composed, and accessible.
