Blind Assessment
Dark, resonant, sweetly smoky. Bittersweet chocolate, pipe tobacco, walnut, caramelized sugar, hint of clove in aroma and cup. Low-toned acidity; very full, syrupy body. The finish is long and chocolaty with a subtle smoke note.

Bottom Line
It would not be heretical to put a splash of milk in this dark, richly brooding blend.
