Blind Assessment
Very rich, savory-sweet and gently earthy. Black plum, dark chocolate, cedar, clove and molasses in aroma and cup. Soft, rounded acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is rich and persistent, with dark chocolate, cedar and clove notes.
