Blind Assessment
Earth-toned, subtly floral. Plum, fresh-cut cedar, muscovado sugar, coriander seed, dark molasses in aroma and cup. Gently tart structure with balanced, winey acidity; dense, satiny mouthfeel. The finish emphasizes plum and molasses, with a faint echo of spice and floral wood.
