Blind Assessment
Juicy, playful, deeply aromatic. Strawberry jam, dark chocolate, blood orange, hibiscus, sugarcane in aroma and cup. Gently fruity acidity; lush, creamy mouthfeel. The finish is long and flavor-saturated, led by strawberry and dark chocolate notes.
Notes
Produced from two Colombia coffees — a washed process from Huila Department and a honey mossto carbonic maceration from Quindío Department. Founded in 2013, modcup focuses on fresh roasting and distinctive natural-processed coffees. This special release is available to members of modcup’s Deepcuts list. Bottom Line
A distinctive two-region Colombia blend that marries the origin’s classic sweetness with contemporary fermentation-driven fruit intensity.
