Blind Assessment
Deeply sweet, crisply fruit-toned, richly aromatic. Strawberry jam, pink grapefruit, cocoa nib, and jasmine, lemon verbena in aroma and cup. florals lead in a cup that is both intensely expressive and surprisingly composed. Bright, sweetly tart acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. The finish has lingering notes of berry preserves, citrus candy, and delicate fermented fruit.
Notes
A blend of coffees from Thailand (double-anaerobic coferment), Colombia (both washed and cofermented) and Ethiopia (washed). Bargain Cafe is a specialty coffee roaster in Taitung, Taiwan. Visit www.bargain-cafe.com for more information.

An unabashedly contemporary, fruit-driven blend that layers cofermented coffees with finesse and clarity, delivering a cup that is playful and aromatic without tipping into excess.
