Blind Assessment
Floral-toned, crisply chocolaty. Honeysuckle, baking chocolate, sugarcane, apricot, almond butter in aroma and cup. Gently bright acidity; plush, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Floral-toned finish supported by notes of almond and baking chocolate.
Notes

Bottom Line
A richly floral, crisply chocolaty coffee from Oaxaca that’s balanced, bright, and viscous on the palate.
