Blind Assessment
Evaluated as espresso. Sweetly rustic, fruit-and-cocoa driven. Dried plum, baking chocolate, molasses, orange zest and cedar in aroma and small cup. Smooth, medium-weight mouthfeel; gently bittersweet finish. In cappuccino format, chocolate and molasses deepen, with a soft fruit accent.

Bottom Line
