Sweetly balanced, chocolate-toned and gently fruit-forward. Milk chocolate, baked pear, caramel, roasted almond and orange zest in aroma and cup. Gentle, round acidity; plush, creamy mouthfeel. The finish is sweet and lingering, with milk chocolate, caramel and roasted almond notes.

Produced by smallholding farmers of the Asprotimana Cooperative, from trees of the Caturra, Castillo, and Variedad Colombia varieties of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
