Blind Assessment
Richly sweet, gently tart. Tamarind, dried coconut, baking chocolate, marjoram, agave syrup in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet, gentle acidity; full, syrupy-smooth mouthfeel. Crisp, sweetly tart finish.
