Evaluated as espresso. Richly nut-toned, crisply chocolaty. Almond butter, baking chocolate, red plum, lemon zest, fresh-cut fir in aroma and small cup. Velvety-smooth mouthfeel; nutty finish with undertones of lemon zest and fir. In cappuccino format, a chocolaty almond butter melange.
