Blind Assessment
Exuberant, high-toned, fruit- and floral-driven. Star jasmine, ripe mango, cocoa nib, pink peppercorn, wild honey in aroma and cup. Bright, juicy structure with lively, sweetly tart acidity; silky, very buoyant mouthfeel. The finish is long and resonant, carrying through notes of tropical fruit and cocoa, with a floral perfume that persists into the long.

Bottom Line
An exemplary natural-processed Gesha, grown on the roaster’s Panama farm: exuberantly floral and fruit-toned yet balanced, with remarkable clarity and structure. A splurge-worthy coffee for enthusiasts seeking a benchmark Panama Gesha experience.
