Blind Assessment
Juicy, sweetly tart. Pomegranate, freesia, pink peppercorn, cocoa nib, bay leaf in aroma and cup. Bright, balanced acidity; lightly satiny mouthfeel. Resonant finish leads with notes of cocoa nib and pink peppercorn.
