Blind Assessment
High-toned, arrestingly floral. Wisteria, lychee, white peach, jasmine and cocoa nib in aroma and cup. Bright, delicately juicy acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is elegant and lingering, centering wisteria and white peach with a cocoa nib throughline.

Produced at Finca Wallachia, a member of Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Valle de Incahuasi (CACVI), entirely of the SL-09 variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying).
