Blind Assessment
Delicate, juicy-bright, floral. Cocoa nib, magnolia, pink grapefruit, white peppercorn, honey in aroma and cup. Juicy, sparkling acidity; silly, viscous mouthfeel. Resonant, harmonious, flavor-saturated finish.
Notes
Produced at Flying Pumas Farm, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed anaerobic method, in which the fermentation step occurs in a hermetically sealed vessel before the beans are washed and dried. Lamill is a specialty coffee roaster, retailer and wholesaler based in the Los Angeles area, with three cafes (including one at LAX). Visit www.lamillcoffee.com for more information.
Bottom Line
An elegant, subtle, intricate washed anaerobic Panama Geisha with a floral and sweet citrus throughline.
