Blind Assessment
Fragrant and fruit-saturated. Passionfruit, ripe mango, narcissus, brown sugar and dark chocolate weave through aroma and cup. Acidity is crisply sweet-tart, the body very satiny-smooth. The finish is sustained, carrying tropical fruit and cocoa richness into the long.
Notes
Produced by the Lamustus Family of Elida Estate, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). Klatch Coffee is an award-winning small-batch roasting company in the Los Angeles area whose resident barista and trainer, Heather Perry, won both the 2003 and 2007 United States Barista Championships brewing a Klatch Coffee espresso blend. Bottom Line
A lovely natural-processed Geisha from Panama’s Elida Estate — tropical, floral and balanced, with finesse and sweetness in equal measure.
