Richly aromatic, sweetly tart. Bergamot, guava, cocoa nib, nutmeg, honeysuckle in aroma and cup. Crisp, sweet-tart acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is long and resonant, consolidating around guava, cocoa nib and honeysuckle notes.
