Blind Assessment
Dazzling and crystalline. Frangipani, white peach, Meyer lemon, vanilla bean, and wild honey in aroma and cup. Lively, balanced acidity; silky, lilting mouthfeel. The finish is long and harmonious, with fruit and floral sweetness lingering gracefully.
Notes
This exceptional coffee was selected as the No. 17 coffee on Coffee Review’s list of the Top 50 Coffees of 2025. Produced by Priscilla Sitton of Bambito Estate, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method, in which the fruit skin and pulp are removed from the beans before drying. Mostra Coffee is a women-, minority-, veteran-, and immigrant-owned micro-roaster based in North County San Diego. For more information, visit www.mostracoffee.com.
Bottom Line
A stunning washed Panama Geisha — luminous, elegant, and perfumed with tropical florals and citrus, offering extraordinary clarity and depth in equal measure.
