Evaluated as espresso. Crisply chocolaty, sweet and nutty. Baking chocolate, kumquat, cashew, orange zest, fresh oak in aroma and cup. Crisp, velvety-smooth mouthfeel. Briskly sweet-tart finish with fresh oak undertones. In cappuccino format, baking chocolate blooms and commingles with sweet cashew notes.
