Blind Assessment
Sweetly fruit-forward, balanced, gently floral. Strawberry, cocoa nib, honey, plum, lavender in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; creamy, rounded mouthfeel. Clean, lingering finish of berry and cocoa sweetness.

Bottom Line
A lively, organic-certified Yirgacheffe — sweet berry, soft florals, and cocoa depth in graceful balance.
