Evaluated as espresso. Bright, floral-driven. Magnolia, baking chocolate, mandarin zest, honey and hazelnut in aroma and small cup. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel; sweet, inviting finish. In cappuccino format, the shot softens to milk chocolate and honey with a delicate citrus-floral lift.
