Blind Assessment: The aroma is remarkable: rich, sweet, caramelly, complete. In the cup substantial, brightly rich, with tickles of citrus and cocoa. The chocolate-toned finish sits rather heavily on the palate.

Who Should Drink It: A fine coffee all around. Particularly impressive with milk or half-and-half, which sweetens the finish and fully develops the chocolate tones.
