Blind Assessment
Delicate, floral-toned, citrusy. Jasmine, Meyer lemon, honey, white peach, and sandalwood in aroma and cup. Crisp, gently tart acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. Finish highlights jasmine and honey notes, supported by stone fruit and aromatic wood.
Notes
Produced at Finca La Bastilla, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Based in Livingston, Montana, RamsHead Coffee Roasters is a family-owned company that specializes in direct trade microlot coffees. For more information, visit www.ramsheadcoffee.com.
Bottom Line
A lovely Nicaragua-grown Geisha with the variety’s signature florality and citrus sparkle, underscored by honeyed sweetness and bright stone-fruit depth.
