Blind Assessment
Aromatic, fruit- and floral-driven. Passionfruit, raspberry, candied violet, cocoa, honey in aroma and cup. Juicy, high-toned acidity; creamy-full mouthfeel. Long finish that centers honey and berry sweetness.
Notes
Produced by Neel and Kavita Vohora of Finagro Estate, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method (dried in the whole fruit). JBC Coffee Roasters’ vision is simple: “Let the coffee lead the way” through sourcing and roasting the best coffees available and rewarding the farmers who grow those coffees with substantial premiums. Bottom Line
A distinctive natural-processed Geisha from Tanzania: exuberantly floral and fruit-forward, yet grounded by a cocoa depth that keeps it balanced.
