Blind Assessment
Richly balanced, fruit-and-cocoa toned. Dark chocolate, date, brown sugar, mandarin zest, gently scorched oak in aroma and cup. Softly bright acidity; smooth, rounded mouthfeel. The finish is lingering and sweetly smoky.
