Blind Assessment
Evaluated as a green coffee sample, roasted to light-medium. Floral, fruity, chocolaty. Jasmine, ripe mango, cocoa nib, almond, honey in aroma and cup. Bright, juicy acidity; plush, satiny mouthfeel. Layered finish echoes tropical fruit, floral perfume, and sweet nut tones.
