Blind Assessment
Evaluated as a green coffee sample, roasted to light-medium. Sweetly fruit-forward and floral-toned. Notes of passionfruit, magnolia, cocoa nib, candied lemon, and almond in aroma and cup. Balanced, gently bright acidity; plush, syrupy mouthfeel. The finish is long and resonant, carrying tropical fruit and floral tones, with a lingering cocoa-like sweetness.

Produced by Shibi Pure, a member of the GuKeng Farmers' Association of Yunlin County, Taiwan, entirely of the Geisha variety of Arabica, and processed by the natural method. Supplied as a green (unroasted) coffee. Roasted for evaluation purposes by Coffee Review on an ARC S sample roaster. Note that this coffee roasted on other equipment using different parameters may net a different sensory profile and rating than described in this review.
