Blind Assessment
Balanced, poised, roundly bright, subtly spicy. Cedar, bergamot, fresh tobacco, hazelnut, cocoa in aroma and cup. Delicate but rich in structure. Satiny in the mouthfeel, sweetly citrusy in the finish.

A classic washed-process Ethiopia and a very clean wet-hulled Sumatra Mandheling combine in this unusually pure and graceful take on the Mocha-Java recipe.
