Produced by Jhoan Vergara at Finca Las Flores, entirely of the Sidra variety of Arabica, and processed by the anaerobic natural method, with the addition of thermal shock (a rapid temperature shift during the fermentation and rinsing stages) and a cultivated yeast strain. To the moooon Black Cat Loft is a Taiwan-based specialty coffee brand and café.
