Blind Assessment
Sweetly aromatic, balanced and gently fruit-toned. Red apple, tangerine, magnolia, toasted almond and milk chocolate in aroma and cup. Gently bright acidity; full, satiny-smooth mouthfeel. The finish is sweet and persistent, with notes of red apple, toasted almond and milk chocolate.
Notes
Produced by the Garcia Luna family of the San Vicente Yogondoy community, entirely of the Pluma variety of Arabica, and processed by the washed method (fruit skin and pulp removed before drying). Imported by Red Fox Coffee Merchants. Telluride Coffee Roasters is a Colorado-based specialty roaster founded by coffee veteran Mick Hill in 1991. Bottom Line
A delightful washed Pluma with a classic Oaxaca profile: softly bright fruit and delicate florals layered over abundant nut and chocolate sweetness.
