Blind Assessment

Evaluated as espresso. Richly sweet, layered and expressive. Dark chocolate, dried mulberry, salted caramel, tangerine and toasted hazelnut in aroma and small cup. Dense, velvety body; balanced bittersweet finish. In cappuccino format, notes of dark chocolate and caramel deepen while mulberry accents add welcome complexity.
